The standard clean. Both sides of every window, hand-finished so you don't get the streaking that comes from rushing with a squeegee. Screens, sills, tracks, and frames are part of the price.
What we do
Residential window cleaning. That's the whole business, and it's why we're good at it.
Exterior only
Cheaper, and enough for a lot of homes between full cleans. You don't need to be home — we work from outside and you'll find an invoice when you get back.
Screens, tracks, and sills
Screens come out, get washed and dried properly, and go back in the frame they came from. Tracks get vacuumed and wiped rather than smeared over.
Hard water spotting
Sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits that ordinary washing won't shift. We can treat most of it. Severe long-term etching sometimes can't be fully removed, and we'll tell you that before you pay rather than after.
Post-construction cleanup
New build or after a remodel, with paint flecks, adhesive, and drywall dust. Slower work than a regular clean, priced accordingly.
Two and three storey homes
Ladder work up to three storeys, done safely. No extra charge for height on a standard residential property.
How pricing works
Price depends on the number of windows, how many floors, and whether you want inside as well as out. Most homes fall in a fairly predictable range once we know those three things.
We quote a fixed price up front. It doesn't change unless you add work. There's no charge for the quote and no obligation to book.
If you have us back on a regular schedule — twice a year is typical around here, spring and fall — the repeat visits are cheaper than the first.
How often should you have it done?
Twice a year suits most Lake County homes. Spring clears off the winter salt film and the grime that builds up under snow. Fall gets the pollen and summer dust off before the light gets low and you start noticing every mark.
Homes near open fields, under heavy trees, or on a sprinkler system usually want three times a year. There's no wrong answer, and we won't push you onto a schedule you don't want.
